Return Policy

For dresses purchased from our New Lace Collection  in sizes 2-16 

• Must contact us within 14 days of receipt, and must return dress within 30 days of delivery for full refund or exchange.
• Must not be worn, washed, dry cleaned, or altered, and must be free of stains, odors or any sign of wear.
• Must have original tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A $50 restocking fee will be charged for all returned items
• Returns will take 3-4 weeks to process.

Custom made dresses and dresses that we altered as per buyer’s requests are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.  However, we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If additional changes are needed after dress is received, buyer must contact us within seven days after receipt. 

*Our Vintage Lace Collection is custom made an is non-refundable.  If you have any questions please email us or call us during business hours.

International Buyers

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties vary per country.  You are responsible for all those fees that may acquire.
